Pastor Marsha D. Carter, an assistant Pastor at Living Word Church and World Outreach Ministry (LWCWOM) located in Saint Paul, MN where she has faithfully served for over eighteen years. Pastor Marsha has continued to be of service not only to her local church congregation, but also to the Body of Christ. Her passion is to help build God’s Kingdom by unifying the body through teaching and preaching the gospel. She is committed in assisting people to achieve God’s best for their lives.
In 2000, God gave her a mandate to establish “Unity In Worship” Network.
This mandate is to bring multi-cultural praise dance teams and worshippers together on the same platform for a single purpose; to glorifying God in dance and song.
In addition, she teaches prophetic dance, choreographs and instructs individuals the proper way to twirl flags and streamers.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Theology degree from Maranatha College.
For over ten years, she has taught Bible study classes, formed small group studies and mentors women. She is a substitute teacher at MN Teen Challenge and volunteers at Sabathani Senior Center.
Pastor Marsha resides with her husband Anthony J. Carter Sr. who is a retired assistant Fire Chief in St. Paul, Mn.
